Requesting a refund from VFS Global
To request a refund of VFS Global premium service charges, log in or create an account on my application and follow the link to “Refund”.

To see whether you are eligible for a refund of your VFS Global service charge, please refer to our refund policy.

Please note if you have purchased a priority visa service through VFS Global's payment gateway you will only be eligible for a refund if the visa has not yet been processed. A refund cannot be granted after the visa decision has been completed.

4.4 Refund Eligibility Criteria:
4.4.1 All requests for refunds or cancellation of a Service(s) will only be accepted where:
(a) such request is received by Us by completing the Refund Request Form and sending it to us no later than 24 hours prior to the biometric appointment time at which the relevant Service will be provided for You or the relevant visa customer (if You are purchasing the Service on behalf of another person); and in case of ODMV 96 hours notice prior to the biometric appointment will be required.

(b) The Service has not yet been provided by us at all. In the case of any services which are partially utilised no Refund request will be approved in such cases.
